Hugo is a family adventure drama based on Brian Selznick's novel The Invention of Hugo Cabret. It is director Martin Scorsese's first foray into 3D filmmaking and tells the story of a young orphan living in a Paris train station who befriends famed early cinema pioneer Georges Méliès.
