Jeff Bridges is an American actor, country musician, and producer. He comes from a well-known acting family and began his televised acting in 1958 as a child with his father, Lloyd Bridges, and brother, Beau, on television's "Sea Hunt". He has been nominated for several and won Academy Awards He has over 85 titles to his credit, including such films as The Last Picture Show (1971), Thunderbolt and Lightfoot (1974), King Kong (1976), Heaven's Gate (1981), Tron (1982), Against All Odds (1984), Starman (1984), Jagged Edge (1985), The Morning After (1986), Tucker: The Man and His Dream (1988), The Fabulous Baker Boys (1989), The Fisher King (1991), Fearless (1993), The Mirror Has Two Faces (1996), The Contender (2000), Seabiscuit (2003), Surf's Up (2007), Iron Man (2008), Crazy Heart (2009), Tron: Legacy (2010), and True Grit (2010). He is also an accomplished musician and photographer.
