Juan José Campanella is an Argentine television and film director, screenwriter and actor. His debut as director was in 1979, with the short Prioridad Nacional. After graduating from NYU film school, Campanella went on to direct two American films: The Boy Who Cried Bitch in 1991 and Love Walked In in 1997. Campanella nowadays directs mostly TV series for American audiences such as, "House", "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit", "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" and "30 Rock". He holds Spanish citizenship since 2006. He has over 35 titles to his credit.
